Your call will be be put through to NHS24 where a trained nurse will discuss your problem with you and advise what is best to do. If it is felt that you need to see a doctor you may be invited to go to East Lothian Community Hospital or the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
Please ensure that a responsible person stays at the telephone number that you give, as the Doctor may need to call you back for more information.
